摘要
从1991年开始,台湾进行"富丽农村"建设并取得明显成效。积极借鉴台湾"富丽农村"建设的成功经验做法,立足福建新农村建设的基础水平,加快改革与制度创新步伐,对提升福建新农村建设促进农业升级农村发展,提高农民生活水平具有重要和现实意义。该文分析了台湾"富丽农村"建设的特点与经验,并结合福建省新农村建设存在的主要问题,针对性地提出相应的对策建议。
Since 1991, Taiwan started ＂Rich and Beautiful Village＂ construction and has achieved notable effects today. It is of practical importance in learning the successful experiences and practices from ＂Rich and Beautiful Village＂ construction of Taiwan, while standing on the facts of the new countryside construction in Fujian and accelerating the pace of reform and institutional innovation. The learning shall improve content of the new rural construction in Fujian, promote agricultural upgrade and rural development, and improve farmers＇ living standards. This paper analyzed the characteristics and experience of Taiwan＇s ＂Rich and Beautiful Village＂ construction and, in combination with the main problems of new countryside construction in Fujian Province, put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to promote the construction of new countryside in Fujian Province.
