与小细胞肺癌相关的自身抗体检测及临床研究进展

摘要 1癌神经抗原的概念及特征癌神经抗原（onconeural antigens）即正常表达于神经系统而异常表达于肿瘤组织的蛋白。根据生物学特征可将这些抗原大致分4类：（1）神经肌肉接头蛋白;（2）神经末梢突触蛋白;（3）神经特异性DNA/RNA结合蛋白;（4）神经信号蛋白[1]。多种PNSN相关抗原（如Hu、Yo、Ri等）也属于癌神经抗原。原发性恶性肿瘤根据其自身性质,可以表达Hu、Yo或Ri等抗原,这些抗原可诱发特异性自身抗体的形成。
