摘要
汽蚀可导致叶片泵性能下降,还会产生噪声和振动。文章总结了水泵汽蚀的几种有效检测方法,以便在汽蚀初期采取措施,降低汽蚀破坏性。对汽蚀产生机理和影响因素进行分析,从结构、工艺、材料等方面总结了解决泵气蚀问题的方案。
Cavitation can result in decreased performance of vane pump, produce noise and vibration. In this paper, several effective detection methods of pump cavitation are summarized, so as to reduce cavitation damage in the early occurrence of cavitation. The cavitation mechanism and influencing factors are analyzed, the solution of pump cavitation problem is summarized from structure, technology, material and other aspects.
