摘要
90tLF/VD(EMS)钢包精炼炉的试验表明 :“钢渣混卷”能显著提高 ηs,但使η0 急剧下降 ,甚至出现负值。因此在对钢液进行脱硫时 ,应使I>I卷、临 ;而对钢液进行净化搅拌时 ,应使I<I卷、临 。搅拌过程中使钢液裸露 ,不仅提高其收得率 ,也利于快速真空脱气。但在非真空状态下 ,钢液的氮含量与“开眼”面积大小负相关。电磁搅拌在排除钢液非金属夹杂物方面 ,有其他搅拌根本无法替代的独特功能 ,可加快夹杂物的上浮速度 ;电磁场能对导电流体 (钢液 )中的不导电物质 (非金属夹杂物 )产生挤压力而使其分离 ,这一功能对生产洁净钢有着十分重要的意义。
Synopsis Testing results in the LF/VD(EMD)ladle furnace show that value η 0 falls down drastically,even to a negative value although η s rises prominently by way of 'Liquid steel-steel-slag-blending'.Therefore in the period of desulphurizing the liquid steel I>I coil should be mainfained ,but in stirring the liquid steel I<I coil be maintained.Exposure of the liquid steel in the process of stirring can not only raise the metal yield,but also accelerate vacuum degassing.However in non-vacuum state [N] content is in inverse proportion to the 'opening'area.In elimination of non-metal inclusions the electromagnetic stirring has a unique function which can never be replaced by any other stirring method.It can accelerate the rising speed of the inclusions.The electromagnetic field can bring about a pressure to the non-conductive substance (non-metal inclusion)and cause their segregation.This function is of very important significance to the production of clean steel.
