摘要
目的探讨玻璃酸钠关节腔注射配合封闭治疗效果。方法对120例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,。治疗组60例采取玻璃酸钠关节腔注射配合封闭疗法;对照组60例口服非甾体抗炎药物,双氯芬酸钠缓释片,局部外涂扶他林乳胶剂。结果 5周为1疗程评定。治疗组60例,治愈28,显效26例,。有效5例,无效1例,治愈率46.67%总有效率98.33%。对照组60例,治愈12例,显效15例,有效13例,无效20例,治愈率20%,总有效率66.67%,。结论玻璃酸钠关节腔注射,局部痛点封闭能明显改善膝关节功能,疗效优于口服药物,是治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的有效方法。
Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of injecting Sodium Hyaluronate into articular cavity with block therapy. Methods 120 patients were divided into a treatment group and a contrasting group. In the treatment group, 60 patients received the treatment prescription of injecting Sodium Hyaluronate into articular cavity with block therapy, and in the contrasting group, 60 patients were given the treatment of taking orally nonsteroidal antiinflammatory drugs, i.e. Diclofenac Sodium Sustained Release Tablets, with applying Vitalin Emulgel topically. Results After a period of treatment including 5 weeks, the following facts were found. In the treatment group, 28 patients were cured, 26 ones were effectively treated, 5 ones were generally treated and 1 patient were fail to be treated. The curative rate was 46. 67% and the total effective rate was 98.33%. In the contrasting group, 12 patients were cured, 15 ones were effectively treated, 13 ones were generally treated and 20 patient were fail to be treated. The curative rate was 20% and the total effective rate was 66. 67%. Conclusion The result above shows that the treatment prescription of injecting Sodium Hyaluronate into articular cavity with block therapy may significantly improve the knee function, and this prescription is more effective than that of taking oral medication. Hence it may be concluded that this prescription is an effective treatment of knee osteoarthritis.
