前死心位置处的六连杆开口机构振动分析 被引量:8

摘要 在ADAMS/View环境下设计了六连杆开口机构样机模型,利用AutoFlex模块对其进行柔性化建模。通过脚本仿真对该机构进行振动分析,获得了前死心位置处的空间参变模态。计算并分析了系统的复模态频率及振型,绘制了系统模态分布图,并对综框加速度作了频谱分析,为该机构在织造过程中的减振提供了参考和依据。 The prototype model of six - bar shedding mechanism is designed in ADAMS/View, and the flexible body model is set up by AutoFlex. Vibration analysis of the mechanism is carried out through script simulation, then space and become mode on front extreme position is acquired. Complex mode and mode shape of the system are calculated and analyzed, then modal distribution chart of the system is drawn, and frequency analysis of the acceleration of heald frame is carried out. In results, some reference and basis are offered to vibration attenuation of the mechanism in weaving process.
