摘要
目的探讨多奈哌齐治疗男性住院慢性精神分裂症认知功能障碍的疗效。方法采用双盲方法,将120例男性住院慢性精神分裂症患者随机分为两组,在原服用利培酮的基础上,分别合用多奈哌齐或安慰剂治疗。疗程12周。于治疗前和治疗2、4、8和12周末各测查1次中文版重复性成套神经心理状态测验(RBANS)和不良反应量表(TESS)。结果 12周后多奈哌齐组患者RBANS总分及即刻记忆、言语功能、注意、延时记忆4组神经心理状态的分值均较基线增高,且有统计学意义(t=2.480-5.913,P<0.05或P<0.01),而安慰剂组RBANS各项分值与基线比较则无明显改变(P>0.05)。两组不良反应均无统计学意义。结论多奈哌齐治疗住院男性慢性精神分裂症的认知功能障碍安全、有效。
Objective To explore the efficacy and side effects of donepzil in the treatment of cognitive impairment in male chronic hospital schizophrenia.Methods A total of 120 cases of male chronic hospital schizophrenia were randomly divided into two groups for 12 weeks.One group was treated with an antipsychotics and donepzil,another with an anti-psychotics and placebo.The clinical efficacy and side effects were evaluated with repeatable battery for neuropsychological status（RBANS）and treatment emergent symptom scale（TESS）before and after 2,4,8,12 weeks treatment respectively.Results Donepzil group was significantly better efficacy on immediate memory,language,attention,delayed memory and sum total of RBANS score（t=2.480-5.913,P0.05 or P0.01）.Placebo group was no significantly better efficacy（P0.05）.There was no significantly difference in side effects between two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion Donepzil is safe and effective in the treatment of cognitive impairment in male chronic hospital schizophrenia.
