摘要
目的了解铜陵地区初中留守学生学习、生活和心理卫生现况及其影响因素,为探索适合农村初中留守学生的心理卫生问题防治对策及措施提供参考。方法在铜陵地区按照圩区、丘陵和平原各选取1所农村中学,以3所中学初一~初三年级学生为研究对象,对留守和非留守初中学生的心理健康状况进行分析。结果铜陵地区农村初中学生留守发生率为45.3%。现在留守的初中学生为418人,占22.9%;有曾经留守经历的初中学生411人,占22.5%。留守初中学生心理卫生问题检出率高于非留守初中生(22.9%vs 18.5%,P<0.05)。性别、家庭经济、学习管理、学习成绩、父母关系和父母回家频率是农村留守初中学生心理健康的影响因素。结论对留守导致的亲子分离,应早期开展预防干预措施,以积极影响青少年的认知、行为和情绪。
Objective To study the life and mental health status among different types of left-behind middle school students in Tongling, and to explore the influencing factors of mental health for prevention strategies and suitable measures. Meth- ods Three rural middle schools, which each had more than 500 students, were selected respectively from the dyke, hill and plain areas by terrain. Students from the 7th grade to 9th grade were surveyed on status of living and mental health. Further analysis on the mental health was compared between left-behind students and non-left behind students. Results The overall percentage of left- behind students was 45.3% in Tongling. There were 418 ( 22.9% ) left-behind students present while there were 411 ( 22.8% ) students who had experienced being left-behind ifi the past. Still, it was found that left-behind students had more mental health problems than non-left-behind students, and further analysis disclosed that the gender, family economic situation, family stability and parental visitation were the socio-demographie factors of influencing mental health among the left-behind students. Conclusion Due to the parent-child separation by left-behind situation, preventive intervention should be early carried out to promote the con- nection training between schools and parents and the training of social interaction skills, which could positively affect the cognition, behavior and emotion of adolescents.
