摘要
本文扼要地介绍了化学镀镍技术的特点。针对发动机实际工况 ,进行快速模拟磨损对比试验 ,建立了强化材料的磨损规律数学模型 ,并绘制了负荷———速度———磨损量三维曲面图。对化学镀镍磷合金的耐磨性进行较全面的评价 ,初步探讨了化学镀镍用于强化进口发动机气缸的可行性。
