摘要
本文论述了对缸套—活塞环在失效发生源(上止点区)实际润滑状态的模拟;研究了球铁活塞环与多种缸套在此状态下的配磨性,分析了典型配副的摩擦磨损机理和材料的金相组织与化学成分对其配磨性的影响。
This paper discusses the simulation of the practical operating conditions of the cylinder liner and piston ring at the failure begin position(the top dead center),studies the wear resistance of the nodular east iron ring and several kinds of cast iron liner in this comditions,analyzes the friction and wear principles of the typital constructure and chemical composition to its wear resistance.
