摘要
提高高等教育质量是高等教育发展中最核心、最紧迫的任务。教育质量的提高首先源于教师的自我发展。教师发展是教育发展的重要保障,教师的专业化程度决定了学生的发展高度。从中医药院校教师发展的现状、问题及职业特征与需求出发,论述中医药院校教师发展与师资队伍建设的机制与途径。
The promotion of quality of higher education is the core and urgent task in the development ot nigher education, and depends on teachers＇ self-development, which is the guarantee of education development. Teachers＇ professionalization decides students＇ development height. The mechanism and ways of teacher＇ s development and construction of ranks of teachers were discussed from the current status, problems and professional features in TCM colleges and universities.
