摘要
本文通过详细阐述国防知识产权与国防科技奖励关联演化趋势,关联演化特征进行了深度的剖析。国防科技奖励与国防知识产权对于促进国防科技成果的产生、提高国防科技创新能力均具有重要的作用。最后结果表明,二者之间存在相互促进的关联演化关系,呈现出一种螺旋式的关联演化趋势。
This thesis takes deep consideration on national defense intellectual property right and national defense science and technology award co-evolutionary mechanism tendency,national defense intellectual property right and national defense science and technology award are two kinds of important national defense science and technology management achievements.The final answer shows： the two systems exist high up relationship,at the same time,the national defense intellectual property right management level has been improved.
