摘要
国防知识产权不同于一般知识产权,其生成必然遵循相应的客观规律。从国防知识产权的内涵出发,在分析其生成过程的基础上,提出2种不同的生成模式,并结合我国国防科技领域发展现状对其进行评价,希望能以此为我国国防知识产权相关问题研究提供一定参考。
National defense intelligence property is different from ordinary intelligence property. Their generations must follow the objective laws. From the connotation of national defense intelli genee property, the paper analyzes the generating process of national defense intelligence property. Then it proposes two different generation modes, and evaluates them with the national defense scien tiflc and technological achievements of China. It hopes that the paper would provide relevant refer ences for the future research in the field of defense intellectual property.
