摘要
用柠檬酸盐溶胶凝胶法和传统的固相方法分别合成了Li3 VO4 单相。产物的粉末和烧结体应用DTA TG ,XRD ,TEM ,SEM及交流阻抗谱技术进行了表征和比较。实验结果表明 ,与传统的固相反应方法相比 ,用柠檬酸盐溶胶凝胶法合成Li3 VO4 所需温度约低 35 0℃ ,产物的离子导电性高一个数量级。粉体粒径在 80nm以下 ,在 15~ 6 0 0℃温度范围内 ,产物烧结体的离子电导率为 10 -8~ 10 -4 S·cm-1。
Synthesis of Li 3VO 4 by the citrate sol gel method and solid state reaction method were studied. The powder and sintered samples were characterized by DTA TG, XRD, TEM, SEM and AC impedance technique. Compared with the samples prepared by the conventional solid state reaction, the experimental results show that the Li 3VO 4 with a powder diameter of 80 nm prepared by citrate sol gel at a molar radio of metal ions to citric acid 1∶3 has higher ionic conductivity; and its reaction temperature lowered about 350 ℃. The Li 3VO 4 pure phase is formed at over 600 ℃ by citrate sol gel method and the conductivity is 10 -6 ~10 -4 ?S·cm -1 at 15 ℃ to 600 ℃.
