摘要
用溶胶凝胶法制备了锂离子导体Li_3VO_4的纯相,应用交流阻抗谱技术测定了样品的离子电导,实验表明,与传统固相方法制备的Li_3VO_4相比,用这种方法可以使Li_3VO_4的生成温度降低,其烧结体具有更高的离子导电率。
Lithium ionically conducting single-phase Li_3VO_1 samples have been prepared by the sol-gel methods. lonic conductivity has been determined by means of AC impedance technique. Compared with the samples by the conventional solid state reaction, the experimental results show that Li_3VO_4 prepared by this method needs lower temperature and the sample has higher ionic conductivity.
