摘要
聚氨酯用作油墨的连结料树脂,具有机械强度大、黏结强度大、柔韧性好、耐溶剂、易加工等优点,所以其在油墨中的应用日趋广泛。本实验通过调节异氰酸酯(IPD1)/聚酯多元醇的比例和扩链剂的用量,设计合成一系列分子量不同的聚氨酯树脂,并采用差示扫描量热仪和红外光谱仪对树脂结构进行表征,重点研究了聚氨酯分子量对油墨性能的影响。实验结果表明:聚氨酯树脂的分子量为70000Da时,此配方油墨的附着力、粘背性、复溶性和剥离强度等综合性能最佳。
As the vehicle resin, polyurethane is widely used in ink because of its better mechanical strength, bond strength, flexibility, solvent resistance and easy to product. In this paper, a series of polyurethanes with different molecular weight were synthesized by controlling the ratio of isocyanate (IPDI) /polyol and changing the quantity of chain extender. And pol- yurethanes were characterized using the Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC) and Fourier Transform Infrared (FFIR). The relationship between molecular weight of polyurethanes and ink performance was mainly investigated. The results showed that the ink has good adhesion, blocking, resolubility, bonding strength value (BSV) and the other related perform- ance when the molecular weight of polyurethane is around 70,000Da.
