摘要
本实验采用甲基丙烯酸甲酯、α-甲基丙烯酸、丙烯酸、丙烯酸丁酯、乙酸乙烯酯、氨水、三乙胺作为主要反应试剂,并添加过硫酸铵(引发剂)、亚硫酸氢钠(还原剂)及十二烷基硫酸钠(乳化剂)制备水溶性树脂,再将制得的水溶性树脂作为连结料用于制备水性油墨。通过性能测试证明树脂的性能和油墨的性能均优良,并进一步探讨了水性油墨制备的最佳方法以及制备过程中应该注意的问题。
This paper used Methyl methacrylate, α -methacrylic acid, Acrylic acid, n-Butyl acrylate, Vinyl acetate, Ammonia water, Triethylamine as the main reaction reagents, and added Ammonium persulfate （initiator）, Sodium bisulfite （reductant）, Sodium dodecyl sulfate （emulsifier） for preparation of water-based resin. When the water-based resin was used in preparation of water-based ink, the performance of resin and ink were excellent and optimal conditions of preparation of water-based ink as well as the problem that we should pay attention to were discussed.
