摘要
通过对切削控制机理的研究 ,采用特征造型法和基于不同切削机理的特征分类拓朴造型法 ,实现切屑生成、卷曲、折断过程的图形生成及实时仿真 ,完成了切屑仿真与“高真感虚拟数控车削加工环境”的“无缝”连接 ,并对切屑仿真的研究前景进行了探讨。
The chip generating, curling and breaking procedure's graphics creation and real-time simulation was realized after the study of chip-controlling theories and by the means of ‘feature modeling method' and ‘classifying analysis modeling method'. The chip simulation was embeded into “High-Fidelity Image Virtual NC Turning Environment and Practical System'. Also make a discussion about chip simulation's developing prospective in the field of virtual manufacture.
