摘要
为了解决切削加工过程中的切屑控制问题,通过计算机仿真技术实现车削加工过程中的切屑控制仿真,首先描述了连续螺旋形切屑形状的参数,提出一种基于开放式三维图形程序标准OpenGL的切屑造型方法,论述了切屑仿真几何模型的构建,以及仿真过程中切屑与障碍物碰撞折断的实现方法.从而实现了对切屑生成、卷曲、折断过程的控制.
The paper implements the simulation of chip - controling in cutting process through computer simulation technology, first, it disuss the mathematics model of chip shape ; A method of chip' s geometry feature modeling which is based on Open Graphics Library( OpenGL), discussing the collided and breakding of the chip and barrier during simulation. So, the chip generating, curling and breaking are realized.
