摘要
玉米胚芽油是一种新兴的食用油脂,含有大量的不饱和脂肪酸、VE等营养成分。因其品质好、营养价值高而受到广泛关注。本文就国内外对玉米胚芽油脂的加工工艺及在食品、饲料、药品、日用化学品等行业的应用进行论述,为更好的加工及应用玉米胚芽油提供依据。
Corn germ oil is a new edible oil,rich in unsaturated fatty acids,vitamin E and other nutrients.The oil has received recent attention because of high nutritional value and good quality.According to researches on aspects of corn germ oil at home and abroad,this paper elaborates on its extraction processing and application on food processing,feed,medicine,chemicals and other industry to provide an important basis for application of corn germ oil.
