摘要 利用微波消解仪对水果样品进行前处理,原子荧光光谱法测定水果中总砷含量。探讨载流浓度、还原剂(硼氢化钾)浓度、硫脲用量等因素对测定的影响。结果显示,最佳检测条件为,介质酸浓度为10%,硼氢化钾浓度10 g/L,硫脲加入量为20%;在此条件下,该方法的检出限为0.010 8μg/L,相对标准偏差0.97%,回收率88.4%~108.0%。 Microwave digestion instrument sample pre-treatment of fruit,atomic fluorescence spectrometric determination of total arsenic in fruit.Explored current concentrations,reducing agents(potassium borohydride) concentrations,the effects of thiourea and other factors on the determination of the amount.The results showed that optimum conditions for the medium of 10 % acid concentration,the concentration of potassium borohydride 10 g/L,thiourea addition was 20 %;under these conditions,the method detection limit was 0.010 8 μg/L,the relative standard deviation of 0.97 %,recovery of 88.4 %-108.0 %.
