摘要
用原子荧光法测定水中的汞是一种新兴的简便技术。在建立的最佳的仪器和试剂条件下,用原子荧光法对水中汞进行了实验分析,测定其检出限为0.0031μg/L、精密度(RSD)0.9%、相关系数0.999 4,结果表明该方法灵敏度高,准确性好,操作简便、快捷,适用于污水中汞的检测,是较好的一种测定方法。
The atomic fluorescence method for measuring and determining mercury content in water is a newly developed simple technique.Under the established best conditions of instrument and reagent,the mercury content in water is analyzed by the atomic fluorescence method.The measured detection limit is 0.003 1μg/L,precision(RSD) 0.9%and correlation coefficient 0.9994.Test results show this method,with high sensibility and accuracy,can be operated easily and rapidly and is a good method for measuring and determining the mercury content in waste water.
