摘要
在介绍产品模型的基础上 ,通过对常规机械CAD/CAM采用串行工作方式所产生弊端的分析和应用并行工程、虚拟制造等先进技术来缩短新产品开发周期的阐述 ,证明建立产品全生命周期模型在新产品开发过程中具有重要意义 ,最后介绍了在建立全生命周期模型中所用到的基于特征、参数化、自顶向下设计、面向装配设计。
Based on the introduction of the product model, the disadvantages caused by series work of common mechanical CAD/CAM are analyzed, and the new technologies used to shorten development period of a new product, such as Concurrent Engineering, Virtual Manufacturig, etc. are described. Then we prove the great significance of constructing the life cycle product model and introduce some new technologies including featurebased, parametrization, top down design, design for assembly, STEP etc. to set up life cycle product model.
