摘要
全球气候变化是人类社会共同面临的严峻挑战。当前技术进步与环境保护之间的"断裂带"越来越大。作为激励创新的工具,现有的专利制度难以应对气候变化带来的挑战,应结合各国的经济发展状况,对其加以改变,以充分发挥专利制度的生态修复功能。
Global climate change is a severe challenge that all human beings are facing.However,the rapid development of technology is adverse to our effort to protect environment.In addition,as a tool of stimulating innovation,the current patent system is obviously not effective enough to deal with the serious challenges brought by climate change.In order to give full scope to the ecological restoration function of patent system,we should adjust this system within measure on the basis of economical development of different countries.
