摘要
阐述了利用运动控制卡实现珩磨气动测量的机理,提出了运动控制卡实现气动技术测量的方法,介绍了测量系统的标定方法以及运动控制系统、硬件系统和软件系统的构成,分析了气动测量仪产生误差的原因。珩磨机气动测量技术具有性能好、使用方便的特点,有广泛的应用价值。
This article expounds mainly the mechanism and the approach on how to use motion control board to realize pneumatic measurement during honing process. It gives an introduction on the composition of motion control systems, hardware system and software systems, an analysis on the error causes of pneumatic gauging instrument and an introduction on the calibration of the measuring system. The pneumatic measuring technology for honing machine sound performance and easy operation and is valued for wide range of applications.
