摘要
目的:观察自拟疏肝振痿方治疗阳痿的临床疗效。方法:采用简单随机方法将符合诊断标准和纳入标准的70例患者分为治疗组36例,对照组34例。治疗组给予口服疏肝振痿方,对照组口服万艾可片(美国辉瑞公司)。治疗4周后,比较用药前后患者国际勃起功能评分表(IIEF-5)评分的变化情况评估疗效。结果:治疗组与对照组治疗前后IIEF-5评分对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组与对照组治疗效果进行Ridit分析,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:自拟疏肝振痿方治疗阳痿疗效明显,疏解肝郁,条达肝气,可作为治疗阳痿的法则之一。
Objective：To observe the clinical efficiency of Shugan Zhenwei prescription on treating the erectile dysfunction.Method：According to diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria,totally 70 cases of ED were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Treatment group of 36 cases was treated with Shugan Zhenwei prescription,while control group of 34 cases was treated by western medicine Sildenafil orally（American Pfizer Company）.After four weeks of treatment,to assess treatment outcomes by comparing score changes before and after treatment according to the International Index of Erectile Function 5.Results：There was a significant difference between two groups（P0.05） by IIEF-5 scores,though there was no significant difference（P0.05） by Ridit analysis.Conclusions：Shugan Zhenwei prescription shows favorable effects on treating erectile dysfunction and soothing the liver-qi depression as one for methods for treating erectile dysfunction.
