摘要
目的:观察头穴丛刺结合环境刺激对新生大鼠缺氧缺血性脑损伤后学习记忆的影响。方法:7日龄Wistar大鼠通过结扎左侧颈总动脉后,吸入8%的氮氧混合气体2h,制成缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)模型。随机分为假手术组(A)、造模组(B)、头穴丛刺组(C)、环境刺激组(D)、头穴丛刺加环境刺激组(E)。治疗14天和21天后采用水迷宫实验检测学习和记忆能力。结果:定位航行实验和空间探索实验,A组与B组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01),14天和21天各治疗组C、D、E组与B组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:头穴丛刺结合环境刺激可改善HIBD后大鼠学习和记忆能力。
Objective: Effects of Cluster Needling of Scalp Point Therapy combined with environmental stimulation on learning and memory ability of neonatal rats with hypoxic-ischemic brain damage.Methods:Seven days Wistor rats by ligation of the left common carotid artery were exposed to 8% of the nitrogen-oxygen mixture for two hours to make hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy(HIE) model.randomly divided into five groups: sham operation group(A),operation group(B),Cluster Needling of Scalp Point Therapy group(C),environmental stimulation group(D),Cluster Needling of Scalp Point Therapy combined with environmental stimulation group(E).On the 14th and 21st day,Morris water maze was used to evaluate the learning and memory ability.Result: The water maze scores of A group in place navigation test and spatial probe test had the significant difference compared with B group(P0.01).On the 14th and 21st day,the treatment group c,d,e groups had the significant difference compared with B group(P0.01).Conclusion:The Cluster Needling of Scalp Point Therapy combined with environmental stimulation can improve learning and memory ability in hippocampus of the HIBD rats.
