摘要
采用压片法,对武汉地区野生毛车前的花粉母细胞减数分裂及体细胞核型进行了研究。结果表明,毛车前的绝大多数花粉母细胞减数分裂中染色体行为正常,终变期同源染色体配对后可形成12个二价体;仅在2.93%的花粉母细胞减数分裂中观察到染色体落后、染色体桥等异常行为,其减数分裂为同时型;花粉粒育性为96.88%。核型分析结果表明,毛车前的染色体数目为2n=24,核型公式为K(2n)=24=22m+2sm,其核型为"1B"型。
The meiosis of pollen mother cells and karyotype were analyzed for Plantago virginica L.in Wuhan by applying squash method.The result showed that chromosomes of most pollen mother cells were paired as 12 bivalents at diakinesis.The frequency of Lagging chromosome and chromosomal bridge were 2.93% in pollen mother cells during meiosis.The meiotic division belonged to the simultaneous type,and the stainability of pollen grains was 96.88%.The chromosome number was 2n=4x=24 and karyotype formula was K(2n)=4x=24=22m+2sm,with karyotype type belonging to "1B".
