摘要
目的制备壳聚糖-海藻酸钠微球。方法以海藻酸钠、壳聚糖为基质,液体石蜡为油相,span80为乳化剂,CaCl2为交联剂,采用乳化-交联法制备海藻酸钠-壳聚糖微球。结果最优处方为油水相体积比为8∶1;乳化剂比例为3.0%;交联剂用量为1.0%;交联时间为15 min;搅拌速度为500 r.min-1。结论壳聚糖-海藻酸钠微球吸水速率快,吸水能力强。
Objective To prepare chitosan-alginate microspheres. Methods Microspherse were prepared by emulsion-crosslinking method with CaC12 as the cross linking agent, chitosan and alginate as the carrier, liquid paraffin as the oil phase. Results The optimum formulation was at a 8:1 oil/water ratio with the emulsifier at 3.0% at a 1.0% amount of CaC12 ,a erosslink time of 15 rain and a stirring rate of 500 r ·min^-1. Conclusion The microspheres from the optimum formulation show a high water absorption rate.
