摘要
综述海藻酸钠和壳聚糖的理化性质、海藻酸钠/壳聚糖微胶囊的制备原理和方法,以及微胶囊化对包埋物释放行为的影响,并对其应用前景和研究方向进行探讨。
Reviewed the physical and chemical properties of sodium alginate and chitosan, the methods of sodium alginatechitosan microcapsules preparation, the effects of the release behavior of embedded objects, and the application prospects of ACA and its research directions were also presented.
