摘要
本文在相关理论回顾的基础上,分析了体验式管理的内涵、管理路径和表现形式,介绍了中石化温州石油分公司推行体验式管理所取得的成果,以期能对劳动密集型企业的员工管理提供借鉴。
As a new type of labor form,labor dispatching work has made outstanding contributions in service economy development.At the same time,the work exposed some problems,which puts forward new requirements to the enterprise human resource management work. Through reviewing relative theories, the article defines the connotation, management path and forms of experience management .And it introduces the achievements of SINOPEC Zhejiang Wenzhon Oil Company has made through implementing the experience type management, hoping give some practical significances to the labor intensive enterprise staff management.
