摘要
本文通过实证研究,探讨变革型领导风格对创新能力的作用关系,验证变革型领导的四个因子与员工创新能力正相关关系,以及内发动机和创新自我效能的中介作用。结论是:有效激励员工在工作中更多地从事与创新相关的活动,能够促进企业良性发展。
Innovation is the key to long-term survival of the enterprise, through empirical study, this paper discussed the effect of transformational leadership style on the innovation ability, verify that the four factors of transformational leadership and employee innovation capability positive correlation, as well as the intermediary role of intrinsic motivation and the self-efficacy ability of innovation. Effectively motivate employees to work more engaged in activities related to innovation, encourage enterprises to be able to get a good development.
