摘要
进行了转炉冶炼 2 0 Mn Si钢应用 70 %Si C及 75 %Si C和铁—锰—硅合金替代以往的高碳铁—锰与部分铁—硅脱氧的工艺试验 ,结果表明 :应用 75 %或以上品位的碳化硅合金和铁—锰—硅合金脱氧合金化 ,在保证钢质和钢材力学性能的同时 ,可大幅度降低合金消耗成本 ,获得可观的经济效益。
Experiment on deoxidization process of smelting 20MnSi steel in converter was done. The process was method of substitution of 70% SiC ,75% SiC and Fe-Mn-Si alloy deoxidizer for high-carbon Fe-Mn and small proportion of Fe-Si alloy deoxidizer. Results showed that SiC over 75% grade and Fe-Mn-Si alloy deoxidizer could warrant quality and mechanical property of rolled products of 20MnSi steel ,could depress alloy consumption.
