摘要
对宣钢二炼钢车间全连铸２０ＭｕＳｉ低合金钢生产中使用硅铝钡铁及硅铝铁试验进行总结，考虑了脱氧剂对钢的金相组织及夹杂物的影响，确定用硅铝钡铁作终脱氧剂的脱氧工艺，提出了符合宣钢现行炼钢生产工艺的适宜加入量。
The test to use Si-Al-Ba iron and Si-Al iron in production of continuouscontinuous-casting 20 MuSi low-alloy steel in No.2 Steel-making Shop of Xuanhua Iron and Steel Company is concluded. The effect of deoxidizer on the microstructure and inclusion in steel considered, the deoxidization process with Si-Al-Ba iron as end deoxidizer determined, the reasonable adding amount for the present steel-making process of Xuanhua Iron and Steel Company offered.
