摘要
粗缩病是一种世界性玉米病害,近年来已严重威胁我国玉米生产。培育高抗粗缩病的玉米新品种是减轻产量损失最经济有效的措施。本文从病原、病症、鉴定方法、种质资源筛选、抗性遗传、抗病QTL定位和抗病育种方面综述玉米抗粗缩病理论与研究进展,展望玉米抗粗缩病抗病育种方向。
Maize rough dwarf disease(MRDD) is a worldwide viral disease of maize. Breeding new commercial maize hybrids with high resistance potential to MRDD is the most economical and effective way to alleviate yield loss. The research progress on MRDD, including pathogen, symptom, assay methods, screening of resistant germplasm, in- heritance of resistance, mapping of QTL for MRDD resistance, and breeding of resistant cultivars were reviewed; and perspectives of future research on mechanism of maize resistance to MRDD and breeding of resistant cuhivars were also described.
