摘要
考虑到工程项目工期估计的随机性和模糊性因素影响,采用概率论和模糊数学原理,结合关键链项目管理理论,提出了一种基于关键链的随机—模糊估计的工程项目进度管理方法。并考虑资源约束构建项目关键链,为项目设置缓冲区以吸收不确定因素对项目进度的影响,由此监控项目进度。最后通过实例分析介绍了该方法的使用过程,证实了该方法的有效性和实用性。
Taking the randomness and fuzziness factors into account in the estimation of engineering project duration, using principles of prob- ability theory and fuzzy mathematics, combined with critical chain project management theory, a random-fuzzy estimation method of engineer- ing project schedule management is proposed based on critical chain. And critical chain is structured considering the resource constraints, with the buffer set for the project in order to absorb the uncertainty of the impact of project progress. Thus the progress of the project is monitored. Finally, the process is described by an example using this method, confirming the validity and practicability of the method.
