摘要
我院于2010年成立了微创中心,专门设立培训部,形成了一套完整的临床教学培训人才队伍和培训设施建设体系,分阶段开展对临床医师进行内镜和微创技能培训,并将微创技能培训和微创手术分级管理及资质准入相结合,建立了适用于大型综合性医院的内镜微创技能培训、资质评价和认定体系。
The minimally invasive center and minimally invasive training department were established in 2010 in our hospital and a complete set of clinical teaching and training personnel and training facilities construction system were build up, for the phase-by-phase endoscopic and minimally invasive skills training for clinicians, and the minimally invasive skill training and minimally invasive operation management and access was linked. A minimally invasive endoscopic skill training, evaluation and qualification system for large general hospitals was established.
