摘要
目的建立临床技能学实践教学体系。方法通过改革临床技能实践教学模式、重组教学内容、改革教学方法与评价方法、强化临床技能学实践教学平台建设与师资队伍建设等措施,建立了临床技能学实践教学体系,并进行了3年的教学实践。结果临床技能学实践教学体系的建立与实践提高了医学生的临床基本能力以及教师的教学积极性和规范化,成果应用面广、推广价值大。结论临床技能学实践教学体系的建立对提高医学生的临床基本能力和培养卓越医学人才具有重要作用。
Objective To create clinical skills practical teaching system. Methods The clinical skills practical teaching system was created through reforming the teaching model of clinical skills, restructuring teaching content, innovating teaching method and its assessment, establishing practical teaching platform, and the team construction of college teachers, A teaclaing prac- tice had been conducted of this system for three years. Results The establishment and practice of the system improved students＇ clinical skills and raised teachers＇ teaching activeness and standardization. The achievement was widely applied, and wor- thy of popularizing. Conclusion The establishment of clinical skills practical teaching system plays an important role in impro- ving medical students＇ clinical ability and training excellent medical professionals.
