摘要
自由贸易区是全球贸易自由化受阻背景下区域间各国为实现区域经济合作而采取的折中选择,上海合作组织是致力于打击三种主义的地区合作组织。文章分析了上海合作组织内部经贸发展状况,从区域内贸易发展、区域内各国贸易联系和贸易互补性三个角度出发论证了组建上海合作组织自由贸易区的可能性。组建上海合作组织自由贸易区符合包括中国在内的所有成员国共同利益,特别是对中国而言有利于强化区域经济合作,开拓新兴市场,稳定大宗商品供给和加强地区影响力。
Free trade area is an eclectic choice for regional economic cooperation under the background of sluggish global trade liberalization, and the Shanghai Cooperation Organization （SCO） is an organization against terrorism, extremism and separatism. This paper makes an analysis of the internal trade development status of SCO and the probability of founding SCO-FFA from the three views of internal trade development, trade connection and trade complementarity common interests of all the member countries The construction of SCO-FTA is fit for the including China, and specifically, it will benefit China in strengthening regional cooperation, exploring emerging markets, stabilizing bulk commodity supply and enhancing regional influence.
