摘要
研究电动汽车电力系统优化控制问题,在给出的某款纯电动汽车的整车参数及设计要求下,通过驱动电机及动力电池的匹配满足动力性能要求。根据匹配的动力系统传统编程得出的功率平衡出现动力中断,上述情况是不被允许的。解决方案有换电机和设计传动比两种。根据实际情况在所选电机参数不变的情况下重新对二档变速箱的传动比进行设计,传动比根据动力性能要求建立约束关系式,最终必须同时满足纯电动汽车最高速度,最大爬坡度,加速时间及工况续驶里程的要求并保证不再出现动力中断。利用MATLAB进行动力性计算并在ADVISOR里面进行动力性验算,仿真结果表明,所选电机电池及二档变速器的匹配满足设计要求。
Based on the vehicle parameters and design requirements of a pure electric vehicle, drive motor and power battery are matched. The power power interruptions appearing in power equilibrium programmed according to a suitable power matching are not allowed. When it comes to the actual conditions, The transmission ratio of the two - speed gearbox was chosen in the ease of keeping the motor parameters unchanged, the transmission ratio was conditioned by the requirements of dynamics, to meet the requirements of maximum speed, maximum grade ability, acceleration time and trip driving range condition and to ensure there is no interruption. MATLAB was used to calculate the dynamics and ADVISOR to cheek the dynamics and earrued out the trip driving range simulation. The calculation resuits indicate that the matching among the motor, the battery as well as the two - speed gearbox meets the design requirements.
