新疆不同地区产蜂胶抗氧化活性研究 被引量:7

摘要 测定新疆不同地区产蜂胶总黄酮含量,并通过DPPH-体系、羟基自由基体系、超氧阴离子自由基体系对蜂胶醇提物抗氧化活性进行研究,与槲皮素进行比较。结果表明:新疆伊犁那拉提、尼勒克县产蜂胶总黄酮含量分别为9.015±0.203%、7.710±0.259%无显著差异(P>0.05)。那拉提、尼勒克县产蜂胶醇提物浓度100μg/mL时对超氧阴离子清除活性与槲皮素比较没有显著差异(P>0.05),那拉提、尼勒克县产蜂胶醇提物IC50为46.48、47.19μg/mL,槲皮素IC50为21.26μg/mL;当那拉提、尼勒克县产蜂胶醇提物浓度为100、80μg/mL时对羟基自由基的清除活性与槲皮素比较没有显著差异(P>0.05),那拉提、尼勒克县产蜂胶醇提物IC50为37.54、36.24μg/mL,槲皮素IC50为28.18μg/mL;浓度为40μg/mL时那拉提蜂胶醇提物对DPPH自由基清除活性与槲皮素进行比较,没有显著差异(P>0.05),那拉提、尼勒克县产蜂胶醇提物IC50为18.37、20.12μg/mL,槲皮素IC50为9.95μg/mL,表明蜂胶是一种天然有效的自由基清除剂。 The objective of this study was to measure the total flavonoids content of propolis from different regions of Xin- jiang. The antioxidant activity of propolis alcohol extracts were studied by the DPPH system, hydroxyl radical system, the superexide anion radical system and compared with quercetin. The results showed that contents of total flavonoids extrac- ted from Nalati and Nilika county produced propolis of Xinjiang were 9. 015 ± 0. 203% ,7. 710 ±0.259%. There was no significant differences between them (P 〉 0.05). Alcohol extracts of Nalati and Nilka county propolis had strong an- tioxidant activity. When the concentration of propolis alcohol extracts from Nalati and Nilka county was .100 μg/mL, su- peroxide anion radical scavenging activity of propolis alcohol extracts of Nalati and Nileke county had no significant differences compared with quercetin (P 〉 0.05), the ICso value of propolis alcohol extracts of Nalati and Nileke county were 46.48,47.19 μg/mL, the ICs0 value of quercetin was 21.26 μg/mL. Concentration of propolis alcohol extracts from Nalati and Nilka county were 100,80 μg/mL, hydroxyl radicals-scavenging activity of propolis alcohol extracts of Nalati and Nileke county had no significant differences compared with quercetin (P 〉 0.05), the IC50 value of propolis alco- hol extracts of Nalati and Nileke county were 37.54,36.24 μg/mL,the IC50 value of quercetin was 28.18 μg/mL. DP- PH radical-scavenging activity of the propolis alcohol extracts from Nalati county was 40 μg/mL,and had no significant differences compared with quereetin (P 〉 0.05 ), the IC50ovalue of propolis alcohol extracts of Nalati and Nileke county were 18.37,20.12 μg/mL,the IC50 value of quercetin was 9.95 μg/mL. In sum,the results showed that propolis is a natural and effective free radical scavenger.
