摘要
目的:对不同产地红蓼中总黄酮的的含量进行比较分析。方法:以芦丁为对照品,采用紫外-可见分光光度计在509nm处测定红蓼中总黄酮的含量。结果:以此法对红蓼中总黄酮含量进行比较分析,显示不同产地的红蓼总黄酮含量最高为3.25%,含量最低为2.11%。结论:此法测定红蓼中总黄酮的含量,精密度、稳定性和重复性良好,有助于红蓼的质量控制。
Objective : To make a comparative analysis of the total flavonoids content in Polygonum orientale L. from different habitats. Method: The total flavonoids content in Polygonum orientale L. was determined at 509 nm by UV-visible spectrophotometry with rutin as the reference substance. Result: Compared the content of total flavonoids in Polygonum orientale L. with this'method, it showed the highest content of total flavonoids in Polygonum orientale L. was 3.25 %, while the lowest was only 2. 11%. Conclusion: The repetition, stability and precision of the method to analyze the total flavonoids content are promising. The method can be used to control the quality of Polygonura orientale L.
