摘要
为确定西藏野生荨麻叶中水溶性多糖最优提取条件,以多糖得率为指标、水为溶解介质、蒽酮为显色剂、分光光度计测吸光度,用正交试验的方法对多糖的提取条件进行优选。结果表明,提取温度对多糖得率影响最显著,而用水量和提取时间对其影响很小。结论显示,最优提取条件为:用100倍水量在90℃下提取1 h。
To ascertain Tibet wild nettle polysaccharide optimal extraction condition, the polysaccharide yield index, water as the dissolution medium, anthrone as chromogenic agent, spectrophotometer measuring absorbance, using orthogonal test method on polysaccharide extraction condition optimization. The results showed the extraction temperature on yield of polysaccharide has the most significant influence, and the water and extracting time on the little effect. The conclusion were the optimal extraction conditions for 100 times with water at 90 ℃ from 1 h.
