摘要
为筛选得到优质玉米须原料及选择最佳采收时期,实验选取了四川地区广泛种植的10个玉米品种作为研究对象,分3个不同生长时期采收玉米须,并对其多糖含量进行了检测。对同一品种玉米须各生长期的多糖含量比较。结果表明,大部分品种在授粉期时的多糖含量最高,且随玉米须的不断生长存在逐渐下降的趋势,成熟期与授粉期的含量存在显著性差异(p<0.05);各品种的多糖含量降低过程和程度均不相同。通过对同一生长期各品种玉米须的多糖含量比较,发现各生长期中,10个品种的多糖含量均存在不同程度的差异性;而纵观三个时期,5号和7号品种的多糖含量在各时期均没有显著性差异(p>0.05),在某2个时期均不存在显著性差异(p>0.05)的品种有7组,对今后的品种选择具有指导意义。
For the purpose of selecting corn silk materials with high quality and optimum harvest time,10 widely grown varieties of corn in Sichuan province had been selected for studying.Corn silks samples were collected in 3 different growth periods.Polysaccharides contents of various varieties in different stages were detected.Comparing polysaccharides contents of identical varieties of corn silks in different stages,it showed that most varieties in pollination periods had highest polysaccharides contents.A gradual decreasing trend of polysaccharides contents was shown.There exited significant differences(p0.05) between pollination periods and maturities.Both the processes and degree of polysaccharides contents' reduction of varieties were all different.Comparing polysaccharides contents of different varieties of corn silks in identical stages,it found that varying degrees of differences were existed among 10 varieties in each growth period.There were no significant differences(p0.05) between No.5 and No.7 in each stage,and 7 groups of varieties showed no significant differences(p0.05) in some two stages.It would have guiding significance on variety selection in the future.
