摘要
目的通过对大理白族正常牙合青少年牙颌模型进行测量,建立其牙、牙弓大小和牙列指数的正常值标准。方法于2011年1月至2012年8月,普查大理地区的中学,随机选出97名大理白族正常牙合青少年,制备牙颌模型,用游标卡尺测量其牙冠宽度、牙弓大小和指数,采用SPSS10.0软件包对数据进行统计学处理,并对其特征进行分析。结果大理白族正常牙合青少年的牙冠宽度除第一、第二前磨牙外均为男性大于女性;牙弓宽度、长度为男性大于女性;Bolton、Pont指数男女差异无统计学意义。结论确立了大理白族正常牙合青少年牙、牙弓测量项目以及Bolton、Pont指数的正常值标准,对指导正畸临床有一定的参考价值。
Objective To obtain the data of dental measurements in heahhy Bai teenagers. Methods Normal dento- gnathic models were obtained in 97 teenagers. The width of the tooth crown and the size of the dental arch were measured with a venier. The measurments were statistically analysed. Results The tooth crown in boys was wider than that in girls except first premolar and second premolar; the dental arch width and length in boys were wider than those in girls. There was no significant difference in Bohon index and Pont index between boys and girls. Conclusion The norms of teeth, denal arch and dentition index on normal occlusion in Bai teenagers have been established, and they have a certain reference value to guide clinical orthodontics.
