摘要
本文分析山区烟叶技术员的现状和存在的问题,指出在发展现代烟草农业的过程中,必须加强对烟叶技术员的招聘管理和培训,提升烟叶技术员的素质能力,建设一支高素质、结构合理、有战斗力的烟叶技术员人才队伍。
This article analyzed the present status and existing problems in the technician of tobacco industry in mountain ar- ea, and pointed out that in the process of developing modern tobacco agriculture, it needs to strengthen the recruitment man- agement and training of tobacco technician, improve their quality and capacity, and set up a tobacco technician team with high quality, reasonable structure, strong combat capability.
