摘要
围绕旬阳当前基层烟叶技术队伍现状,分析了基层烟叶技术队伍建设面临的问题,结合当前烟草发展形势和市场要求,提出了加强基层烟叶技术队伍建设的有效措施,为基层烟叶技术队伍建设提供参考思路。
This article analyzed the problems of basic tobacco technical team construction centering on the current situation of Xunyang, put forward effective measures to strengthen basic tobacco technical team construetion combined with the current development situation and market requirement of tobacco, in order to provide reference of basic tobacco technical team construetioa.
