摘要
采用自制醋酸乙酯加氢制乙醇Cu/Si O_2成型催化剂,基于催化剂的小试研究成果,对催化剂进行模试评价实验,考察了反应温度、反应压力、重时空速和氢气与醋酸乙酯的摩尔比(氢酯比)对催化剂性能的影响;并进行了1 000 h催化剂稳定性实验。分别将模试反应前后的成型催化剂进行BET,XRD,TEM表征,考察模试过程中成型催化剂结构的变化。实验结果表明,当反应温度为250℃、压力为2.5 MPa、重时空速为2.0 h^(-1)、氢酯比为60时,催化剂的性能最佳,运行1 000 h时醋酸乙酯转化率平均值为98.9%、乙醇选择性平均值为98.9%。表征结果显示,催化剂的结构和性能稳定,显示出良好的工业应用前景。
The hydrogenation of ethyl acetate to ethanol on a homemade Cu/SiO2 catalyst basedon small-scale test was investigated through model test. The effects of temperature, pressure, WHSV and mole ratio of H2 to ethyl acetate on the performances of the catalyst in the hydrogenationwere researched. The stability test for 1 000 h was completed. The fresh and used catalysts were characterized by means of BET, XRD and TEM. It was concluded that, under the optimum reactionconditions of temperature 250 ℃, pressure 2.5 MPa, WHSV 2.0 h-1 and mole ratio of H2 to ethyl acetate 60, the average conversation of ethyl acetate and the average selectivity to ethanol reached98.9% and 98.9% during the 1 000 h test, respectively.
