摘要
武汉市水域众多,城市环境特殊。为解决武汉市由于天然江河湖面的分隔造成的城市发展难题,解决城市高效、集约和可持续性发展问题,提出了开发水下建筑空间的构想。对比国内外的相关发展状况和武汉市开展地下空间的建设现状,讨论了武汉开展水下空间建设的可行性,提出了武汉市水下空间开发利用的开发原则、开发技术手段以及典型的开发事例。并对开发水下空间将会面临的主要困难作了基本的分析,能对今后相关的建设研究提供一种新的思路。
Wuhan city has a special urban environment with many water areas.The city is divided by many natural rivers and lakes.Many urban development problems are caused by such divisions and these water areas must be considered in urban construction.The construction area is too wide in Wuhan city just because of water areas.The low rate of intensive urban center has given a burden to the city＇s infrastructure.The idea of underwater space development and utilization is proposed to solve the problems of efficient,intensive and sustainable development of Wuhan city.The feasibility of Wuhan underwater space construction is discussed by comparing the relevant development at home and abroad.The development principles,development techniques and a typical development case（Donghu area） are proposed.Underwater space development and utilization should be in line with the principles of improving the intensive rate of Wuhan city.The difficulties in the underwater space development are analyzed.It can provide a new idea for the underwater space construction.
