摘要
该文以盾构电液控制系统实验平台为研究对象,对其刀盘\管片拼装机\螺旋输送机负载模拟和驱动液压系统、推进控制模拟液压系统和多自由度管片拼装运动控制液压系统进行了方案设计及其主要参数的计算。通过仿真分析得出,所设计的液压系统具有较好的动静态控制特性,能够满足实验平台的控制要求。
Shield electro-hydraulic control system experiment platform is used as the research object. This paper researches on the driving and load modeling hydraulic systems of cutting wheel driving, screw conveying, shield thrust control modeling, segment assembling. The design of control scheme and calculation of main parameters are made. Through the analysis of simulation results, we can draw a conclusion that the hydraulic systems of platform have good dynamic and static control characteristic, satisfying the control requirement of experiment platform.
